One ingredient, one bottle.

Brewoil started with a simple frustration: most "natural" oils on the market are blends, deodorized, heat-extracted, or cut with cheaper carriers. We wanted oils that smelled like the seed, not like a perfumer's interpretation of it.

What we make, and why

Brewoil presses one ingredient at a time, in small batches, in our Ghaziabad facility. Every press happens below 45°C, every batch gets a Certificate of Analysis, and every bottle is numbered. No blends unless you brewed them yourself in our Brew Lab.

That obsession costs us margin. A 300ml bottle of cold-pressed sweet almond takes 1.4kg of seed and 14 hours of slow pressing. We'd be more profitable if we cut it with sunflower oil. We don't.

The process

  1. Single-origin sourcing. Spanish almond from Andalusia. Castor from Rajasthan. Black seed from Ethiopia. Saffron from Pampore.
  2. Mechanical cold press. Stainless screw press, never above 45°C, no solvents, no hexane, no heat extraction.
  3. Triple filtration. Mechanical → paper → fine filter. No chemical refining or deodorization.
  4. Lab-verified batch by batch. Peroxide value, free fatty acids, purity profile. COA available on request.
  5. Glass bottling. Amber glass, UV-protective, hand-numbered. No plastic touches your oil.
