We ship to US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Singapore on request. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or India Post Speed Post depending on destination and weight.
Delivery: 7-14 business days. Customs: Buyer responsible for any import duties.

If a bottle is unopened (factory seal intact) and you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, we'll accept it back. You cover return shipping. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.
If a bottle arrives broken or leaked, message us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately, free of charge.
We stand behind every oil. If you've used an oil and feel it isn't what we describe (off scent, separation, rancid taste), tell us. If we agree, we'll refund or replace — no questions about return shipping.
Custom blends are made-to-order from your recipe and can't be returned. We'll always WhatsApp you to verify the formula before brewing — this is your chance to correct anything.
We accept UPI (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm), all major credit & debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery in select pin codes. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
