3–4 tbsp warmed slightly, massage into damp hair (mids to ends), wrap in towel for 30 min, shampoo out. Weekly for damaged hair, monthly for maintenance.

Body moisturizer

1–2 tbsp post-shower on damp skin. Better for dry climates than oily/humid weather.

Oil cleansing method

Massage 1 tsp into dry face for 2 min, hot wet washcloth, wipe gently. Removes makeup + cleanses without stripping.

Cuticle treatment

1 drop per nail nightly. Pair with cotton gloves for intensive overnight treatment.

Is this the same as 'extra virgin' olive oil?
Extra Virgin is a culinary grade — olives pressed without heat, acidity <0.8%. Cold-pressed (ours) is similar process with acidity <1.0%. Both are first-press; both retain natural antioxidants. The difference is mostly EU labeling vs. India retail conventions.
Can I really cook with this?
Yes — Brewoil's olive oil is food-grade. Good for salad dressing, low-heat sautéing (under 180°C), drizzling on cooked food. For high-heat (deep frying), use refined olive oil — heat above 200°C breaks down cold-pressed oils.
Why is my olive oil cloudy at room temperature?
Cold weather can cause natural waxes to crystallize, making it look cloudy. This is a sign of authenticity. Place the bottle in warm water for 10 min and it returns to clear.
Is olive oil good for acne-prone skin?
