Our process — five steps

  1. Single-origin sourcing

Every seed traces to one specific farm cluster. We verify origin through direct import paperwork — no commodity exchanges.

  2. Mechanical cold-press

Stainless steel screw press. Internal temperature stays below 45°C. No solvents, no hexane, no heat extraction.

  3. Triple filtration

Mechanical filter, then paper, then fine cloth. No chemical refining, no bleaching, no deodorization.

  4. Lab verification

Each batch: peroxide value, free fatty acid content, fatty acid profile via GC-MS. Certificate of Analysis available per batch.

  5. Glass bottling

Amber glass for UV protection. Hand-numbered. No plastic touches the oil from press to shipment.
