1. Agreement

By browsing brewoils.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes will be resolved in Ghaziabad / NCR courts.

2. About Brewoil

Brewoil is a cold-press apothecary based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. We sell cold-pressed botanical oils direct to consumers across India and internationally. For B2B inquiries, see our wholesale page.

3. Products & accuracy

We work hard to display accurate product descriptions, prices, ingredient lists, and Certificate of Analysis values. Despite our best efforts, errors can happen. If you spot a discrepancy:

• Price errors — we reserve the right to correct and offer you a cancellation if the corrected price is more than 10% different
• Stock errors — if we can't fulfill, we'll refund within 5 business days
• Description errors — please WhatsApp us before the order ships

4. Pricing & payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of GST
• Shipping is free above ₹999 within India; ₹70 flat fee otherwise
• International shipping is quoted separately on WhatsApp
• Payment is via UPI, credit/debit card, or Cash on Delivery (in eligible pin codes)
• Card payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1). We don't see card numbers.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we ship it. Until shipment, we reserve the right to refuse orders (e.g., suspicious activity, address issues, stock issues, payment fraud).

6. Shipping

See our full shipping policy. Summary:

• India: 4-7 business days via Delhivery / BlueDart
• International: 7-14 business days via DHL or India Post Speed Post
• Customs duties for international orders are buyer's responsibility
• Tracking sent via WhatsApp and email on dispatch

7. Returns & refunds

See our full refund policy. Summary:

• Unopened bottles: 14-day return window
• Damaged in transit: 48-hour notification window for free replacement
• Quality issues (off scent, rancidity): full refund or replacement
• Custom blends from Brew Lab: not returnable once brewed

8. Product use & safety

Our oils are cosmetic-grade (and dual-use food-grade where labeled). They are not medicinal products. Specifically:

• Brewoil oils are not approved by AYUSH, ASCI, or any medical regulator for treating diseases
• We do not claim to cure, prevent, or treat any medical condition
• Educational content on the site (guides, FAQs) is general information, not medical advice
• If you have a medical condition, allergy, or are pregnant, consult a doctor before using new oils
• Always patch-test new oils on a small skin area before broader use
• Essential oils must be diluted in carrier oil — never apply neat

9. Intellectual property

All content on brewoils.com — text, images, code, the Brewoil name and logo, and the BREW LAB™ concept — is owned by Brewoil. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

10. User content

If you send us reviews, photos, or content (via WhatsApp, email, or social media tags), you grant us permission to feature it on our site and social channels with attribution. You can revoke this at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Brewoil's liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to brewoils.com or any service to users who violate these terms, harass our team, attempt fraud, or breach Indian law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
